How to Configure POS, KOT & Kitchen Panel

Enable billing defaults, kitchen tickets, and printers.

POS settings

Settings → POS Setting

Configure defaults and enable KOT and table features.

Set default warehouse and customer.
Enable KOT Enable for kitchen preparation workflow.
Choose KOT mode: Invoice Wise or Inventory Wise.
Enable Table Management if you use dine-in table sessions.

Printers

Settings → Printers · Settings → Printer Config

Connect receipt and kitchen ticket printers.

Add receipt printers for customer bills.
Configure kitchen printers for KOT tickets.

Kitchen Panel

Panels → Kitchen Panel

Open Kitchen Panel on a dedicated kitchen screen.

Incoming KOT items appear on the kitchen queue.
Staff update status: preparing → ready → delivered.
Keep kitchen devices on Kitchen Panel, not POS.
