Build your menu so products appear correctly on the POS screen.

Create categories

Product → Category

Organise your menu into groups such as mains, drinks, and desserts.

Create categories before adding products.
Categories control how items are grouped on the POS screen.

Add menu items

Product → Product List → Add Product

Add what you sell with price, category, and tax.

Enter product name, code, sale price, and category.
Enable stock tracking if inventory should deduct on sale.
Assign the correct tax rate to each item.

Recipes (optional)

Product → System Recipes

Link finished dishes to ingredients for costing and stock deduction.

Skip if you only need simple menu billing.
Use when you track ingredient usage per dish.

Opening stock (optional)

Purchase → Add Purchase · Stocks → Import opening stock

Record starting inventory if you track stock from day one.

Add suppliers under People → Supplier List first.
Enter a purchase or import opening stock for your warehouse.
