Running Dine-in from POS

How cashiers and floor staff use POS with table management enabled.

Enable table management

Settings → POS Setting

Table features must be turned on in POS settings.

Enable Table Management checkbox.
Select or open a table before adding items.

Order flow

Panels → POS

Standard dine-in service from the counter or floor device.

Select table → add items → mark KOT → submit to kitchen.
Settle the full session bill when guests are ready to leave.
Close the session in Dining orders → Table sessions.

Reservations

Dining orders → Reservations

Book tables in advance (module availability may vary by deployment).

Create reservations with date, time, party size, and table.
Confirm arrival and convert to a table session when guests arrive.
