- KOT checkbox is in the cart table on each line item.
- Submit or print sends tickets to kitchen printers and Kitchen Panel.
Kitchen prepares
Kitchen team works the queue and updates item status.
- Mark items preparing when cooking starts.
- Mark ready when plated or packed for pickup.
Ready list at counter
Counter staff see which orders are ready without calling the kitchen.
- Open the KOT ready list from POS.
- Match reference or table to hand food to the right customer or waiter.
