What is MatrixDine?

MatrixDine is a cloud-based restaurant management platform that brings POS billing, table orders, kitchen operations, inventory, purchasing, recipes, customer records, and business reporting into one system - so your team runs daily service from a single place.

Do I need special hardware to use MatrixDine?

No. MatrixDine runs on standard equipment you may already have - Windows PCs, tablets, and touchscreen terminals. If you prefer a bundled setup, we also supply and configure Telpo POS terminals pre-loaded with MatrixDine.

Yes. MatrixDine connects with Uber Eats, PickMe Food, and e-commerce channels such as WooCommerce and Shopify. Additional delivery and ordering channels are on the roadmap.

Does MatrixDine work with ECR payment terminals?

Yes. MatrixDine integrates with standard ECR terminals for Tap & Pay checkout. Staff send the bill amount from the POS; the customer taps or pays by card on the terminal, and the payment is recorded on the same sale - alongside cash and split payments.

Does MatrixDine work without internet?

Yes. MatrixDine includes a Windows desktop POS app for offline billing when your connection drops. Menu, prices, and inventory sync to the counter at day start; completed sales upload automatically when you are back online. See our desktop POS page for details.

Does MatrixDine support self-order kiosks?

Yes. MatrixDine includes a self-billing kiosk flow - guests browse the menu, place orders, pay by card or mobile money, and tickets go to the kitchen automatically. We configure compatible devices such as the Telpo K8, and can integrate custom payment providers to match your setup.

Is there a monthly subscription?
