User accounts
Each staff member who logs into MatrixDine needs a user account.
- Assign name, email, and password.
- Link to a role that defines menu access.
- Sales record against the logged-in user automatically.
Role permission
Fine-grained access control per role.
- Enable or disable modules: POS, Kitchen Panel, Products, Reports, Settings.
- Create roles such as Cashier, Kitchen, Manager, Admin.
- Restrict settings and financial reports to managers only.
